You can also refer yourself. No doctor’s note and no referral from anyone else is needed, and most of our clients come to us directly. Request a call online and our intake team will phone you.

Before You Call

Common Questions

A few things worth knowing, so the first call is straightforward.

What happens when I call?

We will ask what has been happening, what you are hoping for, and whether an accident is involved. From that we can tell you which service fits and roughly what to expect.

If an insurer is funding your care, we will also complete the paperwork needed to request funding, and confirm coverage before anything is booked. You are not asked to fill in forms yourself.

Do I need a referral?

No. Most of our clients contact us directly. Referrals also come from lawyers, physicians, nurse practitioners, case managers and insurers, but none of that is required.

How soon can I be seen?

Usually within a week, at any of our four clinics or virtually.

For accident claims, your insurer has ten business days to respond to a funding request, which is outside our control. On a case-by-case basis we may begin before funding is confirmed.

I am not sure you are the right service.

Call and ask. We will tell you honestly if what you need sits outside what we do well, and we will suggest where else to look.

There is no cost to that conversation and no obligation.
